Our Tech Levels

🌱 Seed Tech – Our newest members beginning their journey in ABA at SBT. These entry-level Registered Line Technicians (RLTs) are working under close supervision while learning the foundations of ABA and our clinic culture.

🌿 Sprout Tech (Level 1) – These techs have mastered essential ABA competencies and are confidently running individualized programs while continuing to receive skill-building feedback and support.

🌸 Blossom Tech (Level 2) – Our mid-level technicians have demonstrated strong data collection, client rapport, and team collaboration. Blossoms often mentor Seeds and are trusted with more complex client programs.

🌻 Sunflower Tech (Level 3) – The heart of our bloom! These advanced-level techs demonstrate leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and mastery of ABA principles. They often help train others and maintain high standards across sessions.
